Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order for brownies with The Brownie Bar, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

  1. Ordering and Payment: All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Payment terms can be negotiated for whoelsale and bulk orders, at the discretion of The Brownie Bar.

  2. Delivery Days and Method: We use Australia Post's Express post service for brownie delivery across Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier's schedule. Postage only occurs on Mondays to Thursdays as we do not like the idea of your goodies sitting in the mailing system for days over the weekend. If a public holiday falls on any day between Monday to Thursday, postage will occur on the first working day thereafter.

  3. Shipping Fees: We know times are tough and shipping fees are a pain! Which is why we absorb the major bulk of Express shipping costs and offer a $10 flat rate for Express shipping within Australia to all our customers. This only applies to a maximum quantity of 4 small, 2 small and 1 large or 2 large boxes. Larger orders will incur a weight-based shipping cost.

  4. Delivery Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact details. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

  5. Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that someone is home to receive their parcel; The Brownie Bar cannot be held liable for missing parcels that are marked as “delivered” in Australia Post’s tracking system.

  6. Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders. Customers can track the status of their delivery using the provided tracking number.

  7. Refunds and Returns: If you feel that your order has arrived in a condition below your expectations, kindly reach out to us via email at info@thebrowniebar.com.au, attaching photographic evidence. We thoroughly investigate all complaints and may request the return of the product for a refund. Please note that all refunds are subject to review by our management team. However, if a customer provides an incomplete or inaccurate address, we cannot guarantee successful delivery of the product. Should the product be returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to resend the product as its freshness cannot be assured. In such cases, the customer will need to place a new order. We do not offer refunds for orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  8. Cancellations and Changes: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been dispatched for delivery. Any changes or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to dispatch.

  9. Product Liability: We take great care in preparing and packaging our brownies to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or other adverse effects caused by consuming our products.

  10. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of terrorism.

  11. Images on Social Media: We reserve the right to share deidentified images and videos of orders and products on our social pages for marketing purposes.

  12. Corporate, Gifting, Wholesale & Large-Scale Orders : These orders will require an upfront payment of at least 50% at the time of placing the order with the remaining balance due before delivery.

  13. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
