Any tips on the best way to enjoy my brownies?

Everyone has their own favorite way to enjoy our brownies! Personally, I love keeping mine in the fridge in an airtight container for a chilled treat. My husband and kids, on the other hand, swear by giving theirs a quick 10-second zap in the microwave, which they say enhances the fudgy texture.

No matter how you choose to enjoy them, we’re confident you’ll find them insanely scrumptious!

What is the shelf-life of your products?

Our brownies are so irresistible that they rarely last long! However, for those who manage to save a few, they’ll stay fresh for 8-10 days at room temperature if stored in an airtight container. For longer freshness, we recommend keeping them in the fridge, where they’ll last up to 3 weeks.

If you're planning on enjoying them over a longer period, the freezer is the way to go! Store them in an airtight container or wrap them tightly to prevent freezer burn, and they’ll stay delicious for up to 3 months.

When you're ready to indulge, just let them thaw in the fridge and pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds to bring back that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste!

Do you cater to allergies, intolerances or diet preferences?

We certainly do! We offer options to accommodate various dietary preferences, including dairy-free and egg-free requests.

Each of our products clearly shows the available dietary options—whether it's Original, Gluten-Free, or Vegan. You can easily select your preference when choosing your favorite flavours on our 'Shop Online' page. Happy browsing!

Are your brownies halal?

All our products are halal.

Are your brownies suitable for a vegetarian diet?

All of our brownies are suitable for a vegetarian diet! However, please note that they contain eggs, gluten, dairy, and may contain nuts or traces of nuts. If you're looking for something completely animal-free, we also offer a selection of vegan products, which are of course, entirely free from animal ingredients.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, absolutely! During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to indicate if you’d like a customised greeting with a dedicated space to type out your message. We’ll create a beautiful mini card featuring your greeting, and best of all, this service is completely free of charge!

Can I request a custom order or a special flavour?

We absolutely LOVE getting creative with new flavours! If you’re looking for something special that’s not on our menu, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be thrilled to explore custom options for you. Just keep in mind that a minimum order of one dozen would apply for all custom flavours.

Orders & Delivery

Do you ship all over Australia?

We can ship anywhere that Australia Post can deliver, including PO boxes! To check specific delivery zones and times, please check the Australia Post resource here.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we’re not offering international shipping. We’d love to bring our brownies to every corner of the globe someday, but for now, we’re sticking closer to home. Stay tuned for future updates, and thank you for your interest in our delicious treats!

Can I pickup my order?

You sure can! Pickups are available from Maddingley, Victoria, but please text us on 0493985198 to schedule an appointment after placing your order. Please note that we need 48 hours to make sure your order is prepared, packaged, and ready for collection. We’ll have your goodies waiting!

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, and they typically leave orders at a safe location if no one is home to receive them. While we always recommend having someone there to receive the delivery, we understand that might not always be possible. If that’s the case, perhaps consider having your brownies sent to your workplace or another address where someone can be available. Just a friendly reminder: The Brownie Bar can’t be held responsible for orders left unattended. We want your brownies to arrive safely and deliciously!

My order is urgent, can you ship it today?

We totally get it—sometimes you need your treats ASAP! However, it takes us 48 hours to freshly bake and package your order to perfection. Plus, to ensure your goodies arrive in tip-top shape, we only dispatch orders on business days, Monday through Thursday. So, any orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday will ship the following Monday. If your order comes in by midnight on Tuesday, we’ll do our best to get it out that same week. Need it sooner? Contact us on 0493985198, and we’ll try our best to help you out!

How will my order be packaged for delivery?

Your order will be carefully packaged in our premium magnetic boxes, which feature durable, customised inserts to keep everything secure during shipping. These elegant boxes not only ensure your items are well-protected but also make a great option for gifting! We've tested our packaging to handle the rigors of delivery, so rest assured your order will arrive safely, even with Australia Post's tough handling standards.

My order has been shipped. When can I expect delivery?

Once your order is on its way, we’ll make sure to share the tracking details with you via the email and/or mobile phone number you provided.

Most orders arrive the next business day, but even with our Express shipping, delivery can take between 1-6 business days depending on the shipping address.

Do you offer discounts for corporate, wholesale or bulk orders?

What if my brownies arrive damaged or are missing?

Rest assured, we take great care to ensure your brownies arrive in perfect, delicious condition! However, in the extremely rare event that something goes awry and your treats are damaged or missing, don't worry—we’ve got you covered. What is your returns policy?

Because our brownies are fresh and oh-so-deliciously perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. But don’t worry! If you have any concerns about your order, just drop us a line at info@thebrowniebar.com.au, and we’ll be more than happy to help sort things out!
